What's wrong with this web page?

Note the text: "Breast implants are becoming a popular high school graduation gift for parents to in the U.S. to give their teens. Examine the process of augmentation."

If this isn't a sign of the apocalpse, I don't know what would qualify.

High school students might be getting more than just that... Last night on Nip/Tuck one of the patients was a high school cheerleader getting liposuction on her lunch break.

People use plastic surgery to deal with self-esteem, confidence, etc. issues. Sad thing is that it doesn't deal with the problem--the issue that motivated the desire to change one's outside appearance in the first place.
