That's how I feel about my job, and that's why I gave my notice today.

It's a little scary to quit without something stable lined up, but I've gotta do what I've gotta do.
I had dinner with a friend that I hadn't seen in months, and I'm following that with a bottle of champagne.
By the way, does anyone know champagne fits into the "glass of wine", "mug of beer", "shot of liquor" equation? =) I've had... well... ummm.... some...

Whoa, congratulations indeed! You'll be happier for it, I'm sure. When is the actual d-day? Have you considered doing something ... different to celebrate? Like go bungee jumping, or sky diving, or gliding, or wind surfing, or ... well you get the idea. :)

Good for you! Champagne is not as strong as a Hurricane, so no need to call friends to get you home...... On a more serious note, I think a break is in order and taking some time to hash out the future is a great idea. Do some traveling, get a dog, learn how to cook, just stay away from the office.

I think I'm gonna go buy a sports car. Oh wait, did that.
I guess I'll go on a trip with some ski bunnies. Wait. I did that, too.
I guess I'll just get a dog. That should take a lot of time.
