Tomorrow, I start my new job. I only have one thing to say...
When it's pouring outside and you have to use your windshield wipers, it probably means it's hard to see other cars. That means other people have a hard time seeing your car, too. Turn on your god damn headlights!!!

It is actually illegal in many states to drive with wipers and no headlights.

Yep. In NJ, they started using the little catch phrase: "Wipers On, Lights On". Of course, this is Texas...
